ROLE DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you'll help our customers protect what matters most and plan for the future - all while building meaningful relationships in your community.

In this role, you'll help our customers protect what matters most and plan for the future - all while building meaningful relationships in your community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life and health insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional, positive environment.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communicating skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus.
- Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) required.
Compensation: $16.83 - $21.63 per hour
